Welcome to Abbaad. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Abbaad website, apps and services (the “Platform”), operated by Abbaad Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, Lahore, Pakistan. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Who can use Abbaad
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business (an agency or developer), you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Listings & content
- Agents, sellers and developers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and quality of the listings and content they post.
- You must have the right to list a property and to use any images or media you upload.
- Prohibited: fraudulent, duplicate, misleading or illegal listings; scraping; and any content that infringes others’ rights.
- We may review, moderate, reject or remove any content, and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Abbaad is a marketplace, not a party to transactions
Abbaad connects buyers, renters, agents and developers. We are not a real-estate agent, broker, lender or party to any transaction. We do not guarantee any listing, price, valuation or outcome. Always independently verify title, ownership and legal status before transacting — see our Disclaimer.
5. AI features
PropertyGPT, the AI advisors and valuation tools generate automated, AI-assisted information. It may be incomplete or inaccurate and is not financial, legal or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting. AI outputs are labelled where shown.
6. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans and one-time purchases (e.g. featured listings) are billed as described at checkout. Fees are in PKR and exclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your billing dashboard; access continues to the end of the current billing period. See the Pricing page.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Platform: no unlawful activity, harassment, spam, reverse engineering, rate-limit circumvention, or attempts to breach security. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, brand and software are owned by Abbaad. You retain rights to content you post but grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it for operating and promoting the Platform.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abbaad excludes all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made based on listings, valuations or AI content.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified on the Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
